Yearbook
High School Yearbook
Yearbook is a year-long course for high school students, who enroll in either Yearbook I or Yearbook II. The yearbook is a student-led initiative and students receive real-world publishing experience by producing, designing and managing the layout of the yearbook. Students commit to working both in class and after school to meet production deadlines.

Senior Information
Senior Pictures
All seniors must submit their senior pictures to the yearbook by December 13. This image is in place of the standard ID photo students take with Lifetouch at the beginning of the school year. Senior photos can be submitted on the platform eShare with school code GoCru. Please note: If a student's image is not submitted by the deadline, the standard school ID photo may be used.
Please upload your photo to the "Portrait" section once you log in to eShare. When you upload your photo, you will be prompted to crop the image to the proper dimensions.
When you upload photos, please label them: Senior Picture with your student’s full name (e.g., Senior Picture Jane Doe).
Specs for photographers: RGB color, 300 dpi, only .jpg or .png files.
Please submit as high-res as possible.
Senior Shout-Outs
Senior shout-outs are the messages that students leave below their senior picture in their designated section of the yearbook. Students should consider their favorite quote, memory or future plans to include in their shout-out.
Seniors should submit their shout-out through this form by December 13. This form can only be accessed by students. Please note: If a student's shout-out is not submitted by the deadline, one of the generic shout-outs below will be used.
- "Glory be to the Father, and to the Son, and to the Holy Spirit. As it was in the beginning, is now, and ever shall be, world without end. Amen."
- Shout-out to my family and friends!

Senior ads appear in the back of the yearbook. They are optional and not guaranteed. They will be awarded on a first-come, first-served basis. Ads can be purchased in full-page, 1/2-page or 1/4-page options.
- Until December 13, full-page ads are $400, 1/2-page ads are $200 and 1/4-page ads are $100.
- From December 14 until January 31, full-page ads are $420, 1/2-page ads are $220 and 1/4-page ads are $120.
- From February 1 to February 28, full-page ads are $440, 1/2-page ads are $240 and 1/4-page ads are $140.

General Photo Uploads
The yearbook staff always welcomes photo submissions by students and families. They especially appreciate photos of JV sports, sports and other activities outside of EC (club sports and competitions), community service and mission trips, and school dances.
Photos can be uploaded to the “Upload General Photos” page on the Herff Jones website with the passcode GoCru. Please include the names of all students pictured.
Middle School Yearbook
Yearbook is a club in middle school and students meet with their advisors on Wednesdays, from 3 to 4 p.m., from October to March. Applications to join the club typically open in September each school year.
The Middle School Yearbook Team has the honor and responsibility to create the entire middle school yearbook. From picking the cover, creating a theme, taking photos and editing pages, students work with their advisors to create a well-rounded representation of the middle school.
Middle School Yearbook Orders
All middle school students receive a yearbook at the end of the year! You do not need to order a middle school yearbook in advance.
