Let us pray in the peace of Christmas midnight
As we await with joy and hope the birth of Christ….
Lord our God,
With the birth of your Son,
Your glory breaks on the world.
Make this holy night radiant
With the splendor of Jesus Christ our light.
We welcome him as Lord, the true light of the world.
