We believe every student should have the opportunity to discover the leader within. Our comprehensive leadership program includes training at every grade level, designed to develop effective communication and team-building skills, encourage creative thinking and build self-confidence. Service and social responsibility are emphasized, with a focus on Catholic values in action.
Here’s a brief look at leadership opportunities:
Students from a wide range of backgrounds and skills are encouraged to apply for Leadership class which meets before school four days each week and provides opportunities for formal leadership development.
Students have the opportunity to run for and serve on the Associated Student Body (ASB). Representatives from all grade levels participate.
Students can volunteer to be Tour Guide ambassadors, personally leading potential new families through Eastside Catholic during Admissions open houses throughout the school year.
Upper classmen can demonstrate their leadership skills with ninth-graders in the Freshmen Overnight that welcomes freshmen to ECHS.
