Application Process
Our goal in the admissions process is to develop a thorough understanding of each student who applies. The first step in the admission process is to complete the application. Eastside Catholic uses Ravenna for the submission of online applications. Through Ravenna, families can manage their application online, complete supplemental forms and request teacher evaluations and transcripts. New users must first create an account in Ravenna. Please click on the Apply Online button to create your Ravenna account or to access an existing account.

International Students

International students are fully integrated into our middle school and high school programs. These integrated classes give international students an American educational and cultural experience. International applicants need to demonstrate advanced English language skills as well as meet the academic requirements needed to master the Eastside Catholic School college-preparatory curriculum.

The application deadline for international students for the 2018-19 school year is January 8, 2018.
  • International students are students who require an I-20 or English is a student's second language.
  • Once an I-20 is issued, it is the applicant's responsibility to obtain the F-1 student visa.
  • International students are required to live with an immediate family member or guardian. Eastside Catholic School does not have a housing program and arrangements are made separate from the school. The homestay must be approved by a school official.
  • The Test of English Foreign Language (TOEFL) and either the Secondary School Admission Test (SSAT) or Independent School Entrance Exam (ISEE) are required to complete an application. The minimum score for the TOEFL exam is an 80 for Eastside Catholic High School. For Eastside Catholic Middle School, the minimum score for the Junior TOEFL is 4.
  • Tuition assistance and merit awards are not available if an I-20 is issued to attend Eastside Catholic.
