Eastside Catholic is proud to celebrate Freshman Anjali D'Souza, who has been nominated as a Teen of Impact for the American Heart Association (AHA)! This prestigious nomination provides her with a platform to raise awareness about heart disease and inspire others to take action in their community.
As part of her campaign, Anjali is organizing events to educate and raise funds for the AHA, and she hopes to involve the EC community in these efforts.
Join the Movement: Wear Red for Heart Health!
One way EC can support her mission is by participating in National Wear Red Day on Friday, February 14, which marks the official launch of the AHA campaign. This day is dedicated to raising awareness for women's heart health, and Anjali is encouraging the EC community to wear red in solidarity with the AHA’s mission.
Let's show our EC spirit by supporting this important cause!
