We proudly celebrate the Class of 2024 for their outstanding achievements as they graduate from Eastside Catholic School and begin their post-high school journeys!
This year’s graduating class, our 42nd, consists of 147 students hailing from 25 different cities across the Puget Sound area. These remarkable students will continue their education this fall at 64 prestigious colleges and universities across 28 states and China.
An impressive 104 seniors will graduate with honors, showcasing their commitment to academic excellence. Among them, six seniors—Angelina Arasavelli, Spencer Lewis, Sam Olson, Lars Oosterhof, Alejandro Pulido and Justin Shaw—have been recognized as National Merit Commended Students. Additionally, Linda Nduka was selected for the College Board’s National African American Recognition Program, and Carmen Denny for the College Board’s National Hispanic Recognition Program.
The college application process for the Class of 2024 saw over 1,000 applications processed, averaging around seven applications per student, reflecting our seniors’ determination to pursue a diverse range of academic interests.
We will honor the achievements of the Class of 2024 at their commencement ceremony on Monday, June 10, at 7:30 p.m., at Benaroya Hall in Seattle. A Baccalaureate Mass will take place on Friday, June 7, at 7 p.m., at Mary, Queen of Peace Catholic Church in Sammamish.
