We are pleased to congratulate the Class of 2023 on their outstanding achievements as they graduate from Eastside Catholic School and begin their post-high school experience. Our graduating seniors attend Eastside Catholic School from 26 cities in the Puget Sound area.
The Class of 2023 is the 41st graduating class for Eastside Catholic School, which comprises 129 students. Our graduates have been accepted to 66 prestigious colleges and universities across 25 states, as well as Canada and Ireland, where they will begin their higher education endeavors this coming fall.
Seventy-seven seniors will graduate with honors showcasing their dedication to academic excellence. Aiden Vierra was named a National Merit Finalist while Alyssa Bulai, Alex Clem, Sebastian Cui, Elizabeth Keegan have been recognized as National Merit Commended Students.
The application process for the Class of 2023 included more than 1,500 college applications processed, averaging nearly 12 applications per student highlighting the determination of our seniors as they pursue their diverse academic interests.
We will celebrate the achievements of the Class of 2023 during their upcoming commencement ceremony. The ceremony will take place on Monday, June 5 at 7:30 p.m. at Benaroya Hall in Seattle. Prior to commencement, a Baccalaureate Mass will be held Friday, June 2 at 7 p.m. at Mary, Queen of Peace Catholic Church in Sammamish.
