Eastside Catholic Welcomes Kim Kawachi as New Head Cheer Coach
Eastside Catholic School is proud to announce the appointment of Kim Kawachi as the new head cheer coach. A highly respected leader in the cheer community, Coach Kawachi brings over two decades of experience, an outstanding competitive record and a passion for fostering spirit and student leadership.
Coach Kawachi’s career is defined by excellence, innovation and a commitment to athlete development. Her impressive résumé includes:
- 21 years of head coaching experience
- Former All Star Cheer Gym owner of South Elite All Stars
- 31 WIAA State Titles earned over her coaching career
- 1st place – 2008 World Cheer Championship
- 2nd place – 2012 World Cheer Championship
- 3-time UCA All Star Championship winner
- WSCCA All Star Coaches Hall of Fame inductee
- Former WSCCA President
- Widely recognized for her creative Game Day experiences that amplify crowd energy and school spirit
