Pre-Participation Physical Evaluation Form
All high school athletes must have a current physical on file before participating in any sport. Physicals are valid for two years from the date of the exam. Completed and signed forms may be submitted by:
Taylor Forney has led Eastside Catholic School’s volleyball program since 2019, guiding her teams to four state tournament appearances. A native of Spokane, she launched her coaching career in 2011—spending four years with clubs in both Spokane and Seattle, followed by four seasons as the Assistant Varsity Volleyball Coach at Skyline High School.
Coach Forney holds multiple coaching certifications, including training from Gold Medal Squared and the Art of Coaching Volleyball. With more than 15 years of playing experience and 14 years of coaching experience, she brings both knowledge and energy to the court while fostering a program rooted in skill-building, sportsmanship, and leadership.
Outside of volleyball, Coach Forney is a coach in her day-to-day career as an Automotive Regional Sales Manager.
Callie Wesson
Assistant Coach
Coach Cassie Wesson joined the volleyball coaching staff in 2023. She brings over 20 years of coaching experience at the club and high school level. Coach Wesson coached for four years at Mount Si High School with one state appearance, nine years at Skyline High School with four state appearances and two state places), and three years at Thomas Jefferson High School. Coach Wesson has played at the junior college and university levels. After college, she played in grass, sand and adult volleyball tournaments. She loves coaching at the high school level and is excited to be part of our outstanding program.

On Thursday, October 10, the Eastside Catholic girls volleyball teams hosted their annual "No One Fights Alone" (NOFA) event, a powerful tradition that brings the community together to raise cancer awareness and honor those affected by the disease.
The girls volleyball team will host Holy Names in our 11th annual cancer awareness No One Fights Alone (NOFA) match on Thursday, September 29 in the Athletic Pavilion.
