- Pre-Participation Physical Evaluation Form
- All high school athletes must have a current physical on file prior to participation in athletics. Physicals are valid for two years.
- Tryout information: Tryouts begin Monday, February 25, meet in the EC auxiliary gym, 3 - 5 p.m. There will be a parent meeting following at 5 p.m. in the Athletic Pavilion Boardroom. Going forward, varsity practices will be held at Tam O'Shanter Tennis Courts in Bellevue and JV practices will be held at Perrigo Park in Redmond.

The All-American Bowl’s Road to the Dome tour will visit Eastside Catholic School on Thursday, November 21 to recognize three student-athletes as 2020 All-Americans: Sam Adams II, Ayden Hector and Gee Scott Jr.
