Fastpitch

Coach Lizzy Olson, a former collegiate athlete turned aspiring pitching coach, joined the EC staff in 2023. Her fastpitch journey began as a dedicated player, and today, she is channeling that passion into coaching, with a focus on nurturing the next generation of pitching talents.

In her inaugural year at EC, Coach Lizzy brings a 13-year softball playing career. As a high school athlete, she was a 4-year varsity starter at Bothell High School. Coach Lizzy received an honorable mention award in KingCo 4A during her junior year. Transitioning to the collegiate level, she played for two years at Bellevue College, consistently starting in center field. Known for her leadership skills, Coach Lizzy has a history of serving as a team captain and continues to actively pursue leadership opportunities. Currently enrolled at the University of Washington, she is majoring in business management.

Coach Tiffany Pardey was primarily a shortstop and pitched throughout her high school and college playing days. She has coached for the last three years and provided private instruction. As a member of the Kentridge High School fastpitch team for three years, Coach Pardey holds over 10 career and seasonal records. She was awarded First-Team All-League, Team MVP, Offensive Player of the Year and voted team captain during her junior year of high school until she transferred to Kentlake High School where she was awarded First-Team Utility and Team MVP.

After high school, she played at D1 junior college, Howard College, where her team was four-time, consecutive regional champions. After returning to the Pacific Northwest, she attended Shoreline Community College where she was awarded Second Team All-League infield and Team Defensive Player of the Year. COVID ended her college playing days and launched her coaching career. She is excited to lead a new generation of fastpitch players to the next level!

Off the field, Coach Nicole enjoys working out, spending time with friends and family, and her dogs, Charlie and Rocky.
