Coach Anderson had been a assistant coach for the past three years before assuming the the head coaching position at EC in 2017. His passions are his family, baseball, softball and supporting the EC community. His daughter graduated from EC in 2014 and went on to play college softball and will graduate in the spring of 2018. Mark enjoys helping boys and girls improve their hitting, which he can do at his indoor cage at home. His family has hosted an Everett Aqua Sox player, an affiliate of the Seattle Mariners, for the past two years.
The football team handed Garfield High School at 50-7 loss on September 28 after losing to the Bulldogs in the state quarterfinals last year.
The football team earned their first victory of the 2018 season against Central Catholic (Oregon) on Saturday, September 8. They also started a new cinder block celebration in the process.
