- Pre-Participation Physical Evaluation Form
All high school athletes must have a current physical on file prior to participation in athletics. Physicals are valid for two years.
- Tryout information: Tryouts begin Monday, February 25, 7 -9 p.m. There will be a parent meeting that evening at 6:30 p.m. in the Athletic Pavilion Boardroom.

Coach McNesby joined the EC coaching staff in 2018. She was a highly decorated four year starter and two year captain at NCAA D2 Holy Family University. The former Tiger was named to the CACC All-Conference team four times and to the CACC All-Tournament team twice. She was the CACC Rookie of the Year in 2010, the Player of the Year in 2012 and a D2 Athletic Directors Association Academic award recipient in 2015 (as a member of the Women's Soccer team). After her collegiate career, Coach McNesby was a Local Development Officer for the Stockport Lacrosse Club in England. She served as an assistant coach for the Agnes Irwin Academy's girls lacrosse team in Pennsylvania and as a coach for the Ultimate Lacrosse club program following a stint as an assistant coach at her alma mater. She also currently coaches the girls elite team for Seattle Starz.
Recent Class of 2019 graduates Harper Brown and Nicole Moe were named honorable mentions in the Washington State Sports Collectors Association (WSSCA) 3A All-State Team.
Senior Griffin Barker committed to play basketball at the University of Redlands next year.

Head Football Coach Dominic Daste didn’t think he’d have a career in coaching after his playing days at the University of Washington.
Varsity boys basketball had a great run in the WIAA 3A Hardwood Classic State Basketball Tournament. They narrowly lost to O'Dea, the eventual state champion, in the semifinals before defeating Rainier Beach for third place.
Sophomore Shane Nowell met with the Tacoma News Tribune after the state quarterfinal win against Ingraham to break down the game.
Stacey Stoutt has accepted an offer to continue in her role as acting athletic director for the current school year and will take the helm as our athletic director effective July 1, 2019. Dominic Daste has accepted an offer to lead the Crusader football team as head football coach effective July 1, 2019.
