Alex ForemanHead Coach
Coach Foreman ’10 captained the inaugural 2010 EC State Championship team earning Academic All-American and EC Athlete of the year awards in her senior year. Alex was recruited by Team USA captains Lindsay Munday and Devon Wills to play for NCAA Division l University of Southern California as a midfielder, later transitioning to defense. Alex graduated with a Bachelor of Neuroscience from USC and currently works for the Amazon Video. Over the past eight years, Alex has coached for Munday Lacrosse, X-Team, Cascade Clash, Seattle Starz and Eastside Catholic. As the 2017 varsity assistant coach, Alex was instrumental in leading Eastside Catholic to our third state title. She looks forward to growing the program and continuing our tradition of excellence.

Eastside Catholic and O'Dea will make history when they play for the WIAA 3A Football State Championship on Friday, November 30.
With a win over Bellevue High School on Saturday, November 24, the Crusaders advanced to the WIAA 3A State Football Championship against O'Dea High School on Friday, November 30, 7:30 p.m. at the Tacoma Dome.
Sam Adams may share the same name as his father, who played in the NFL, but he's establishing his own reputation on the football field.
