- Pre-Participation Physical Evaluation Form
- All high school athletes must have a current physical on file prior to participation in athletics. Physicals are valid for two years.
- Tryout information: Tryouts begin Monday, February 25, 3 - 5 p.m. Practices will continue Monday - Friday, 3 p.m. - 5 p.m. except on game days. There will be a parent meeting on Monday, March 4 at 6 p.m. in the Athletic Pavilion Boardroom.
Coach Greenwood joined EC as the head coach for boys soccer in 2016. He is a retired U.S. soccer player who has played in Major League Soccer, USISL and the National Professional Soccer League. Coach Greenwood grew up in Washington state and attended Federal Way High School where he was an All-State soccer player and All-Conference basketball player. Following high school, he continued to play club soccer with FC Heat which won the Washington State U-19 championship. In 1992, he attended Seattle Pacific University where he was a 1995 first team All-American. In March 1996, the Columbus Crew selected Greenwood in the second round (20th overall) in the 1996 MLS College Draft. From 1999-2001 he played in Europe for 1 FC Nuremberg in Germany. Since his playing days, Coach Greenwood has been giving back to the game by coaching soccer at various levels including with Eastside FC, Highline Heat, elite training clinics and D1 developmental programs.
Head Football Coach Dominic Daste didn’t think he’d have a career in coaching after his playing days at the University of Washington.
Varsity boys basketball had a great run in the WIAA 3A Hardwood Classic State Basketball Tournament. They narrowly lost to O'Dea, the eventual state champion, in the semifinals before defeating Rainier Beach for third place.
Sophomore Shane Nowell met with the Tacoma News Tribune after the state quarterfinal win against Ingraham to break down the game.
Stacey Stoutt has accepted an offer to continue in her role as acting athletic director for the current school year and will take the helm as our athletic director effective July 1, 2019. Dominic Daste has accepted an offer to lead the Crusader football team as head football coach effective July 1, 2019.
Congratulations to our varsity boys swim team for their third place finish at the WIAA 3A State Swim Meet.
Congratulations to our varsity cheer squad who was awarded the 3A Academic State Championship for winter 2019 through the Washington Interscholastic Activities Association (WIAA) Scholastic Awards Program.
