Pre-Participation Physical Evaluation Form
All high school athletes must have a current physical on file before participating in any sport. Physicals are valid for two years from the date of the exam. Completed and signed forms may be submitted by:
Coach Adam Moretti joined EC the EC Athletic Department in 2025 after employment opportunities relocated his family to Washington. He is an accomplished soccer professional with a UEFA A License and an English FA Level 4 Talent Identification certificate, underscoring his expertise in coaching and talent development. With extensive experience in coaching and club management, Adam has a proven track record of success both on and off the field.
Adam began his coaching career with the Port Melbourne Sharks, a prestigious club in Australia’s National Premier Leagues (NPL), the country's second tier of professional soccer. During his three years with the club, Adam played a pivotal role in developing youth players into senior professionals.
Adam became director of the Port Melbourne Sharks, building on his coaching achievements. In this leadership position, he managed player contracts, oversaw daily operations and implemented strategies to foster young talent. Under his guidance, the club experienced significant growth and success both on and off the field.
In 2022, Adam expanded his soccer portfolio by acquiring a stake in a club competing in England’s seventh division. His ambitious vision and strategic approach aim to guide the club’s progression through the football pyramid.
Nataliya Danesh
Assistant Coach
Coach Nataliya has been the assistant coach for EC's soccer program since 2020. She was born and raised in Bellevue, Washington, where she began her soccer career at 3. She attended and played soccer at Newport High School and continued to play on the women's club team while attending Seattle University. She graduated in 2018 with a BA in economics. Aside from coaching, she works as an operations manager for a telecommunications company in Bellevue.
