Student Visit Days

Be a Crusader for a Day!

As a Crusader for a Day, students will shadow a current EC student, participate in classes, witness enthusiastic teaching and meet members of our student body and teachers. We want to get to know you, and we want you to get to know us!

Parent and Guardian Session

Immediately after dropping your student off for their Crusader for a Day visit, we invite parents and guardians to join us for an optional session tailored just for you. You'll have the chance to visit with current EC parents and guardians and ask questions about their family's Eastside Catholic School experience, followed by a campus tour with an Admissions Team Member. This session is entirely optional—please feel free to attend the full duration or only those portions that align with your schedule and interests.

Student Schedule

7:15 - 7:30 a.m.	Check-in
7:40 a.m.	Student ambassadors greet and take students to class.
7:50 a.m. - 2:15 p.m.	Visiting students will attend classes, complete their interview with an Admissions Team member and eat lunch with their student ambassador. Middle School Full Day Schedule High School Full Day Schedule

Parent and Guardian Schedule

7:40 a.m.	Check-in
7:45 a.m.	Student ambassadors greet and take students to class.
7:50 - 7:55 a.m.	Prayer and morning announcements on PA.
7:55 a.m.	Parent and guardian session begins (optional).
8 - 8:10 a.m.	Introductions and general school overview.
8:15 - 8:45 a.m.	Tour of campus.
8:45 a.m.	Parent session concludes.
2:20 p.m.	Student pick-up.

Join us for a warm and casual evening where prospective parents and guardians can connect directly with current Eastside Catholic families. These gatherings are a unique opportunity to ask questions, hear stories and gain firsthand insight into the Eastside Catholic School experience.

Whether you're curious about academics, community or student life, this is the perfect way to get an authentic glimpse into what makes Eastside Catholic so special.

Hosted on the EC campus in a relaxed setting with light snacks and beverages, these events are designed exclusively for parents and guardians.

Future Crusaders Events

Be Our Guest!

You're invited to join us at a Future Crusaders event to experience a night of school spirit, community fun and Crusaders pride as we cheer on our teams! Enjoy food, games, music and free admission for the whole family—just bring your student's school ID.

Please note: Middle school-aged students and younger must be accompanied by an adult.

Campus location and directions

Explore our Special Education Options Program

An inclusive special education program, grades 9-12.

Eastside Catholic School offers high school students diagnosed with intellectual and development disabilities the opportunity to grow socially, spiritually and academically alongside their peers in a faith-based high school environment. With our full inclusion model, students in the Options Program receive individualized academic and life skill development through participation in mainstream and specialized classrooms.

Any students interested in the Options Program are welcome to join us for a Crusader for a Day visit where they will be able to sit in on classes, enjoy lunch and connect with peers, staff and faculty.
