Our goal through the admissions process is to develop a thorough understanding of each student who applies while providing an opportunity for you to experience the school and connect with our community.

Now accepting applications for the 2026–27 school year.

Late applications are welcome and will be reviewed once complete on a space-available basis.

MIDDLE School & HIGH SCHOOL ApplicatioN PROCESS

  1. Submit a preliminary application and pay the non-refundable $50 application fee.
     
  2. Complete the student essay questions.
     
  3. Schedule a required student interview.
     
  4. Submit the Confidential School Report to your student's current school.
     
  5. Submit the Teacher Evaluation Form(s) to your student's teachers.
     
  6. Register your student for an entrance exam.
      
  7. Print and submit the Transcript Request to your student's current school.

Special Education Application PROCESS

To be considered for admission to our High School Special Education Program, the Options Program, for the 2026-27 school year, we require the following:

  1. Parent Visit: Schedule a meeting with our Admissions Team via email at admissions@eastsidecatholic.org.
     
  2. Campus Visit: Schedule an in-person or virtual tour of campus.
     
  3. As part of the application process, you will submit:
    • preliminary application
    • The non-refundable $50 application fee
    • Current Language and Educational Testing – testing must be current
    • Confidential Teacher Evaluation Form – one evaluation by a current teacher
    • Confidential School Report/Transcript Request - current year and previous two years
    • Copies of Individual Educational Program (IEP) Plans, 504 Plans, school plans and appropriate medical, psychological and educational evaluations and treatment summaries
       
  4. Please Note: An entrance exam is not required for application to the Options Program.

INTERNATIONAL Application PROCESS

International students are defined as any student who requires an I-20 to study in the United States. International students must designate that they are applying for international admissions in the admissions application. Tuition assistance and merit awards are not available for international students.

Once a student is enrolled at Eastside Catholic and full payment of annual tuition and fees has been received, an I-20 will be issued.

As part of the application process, you will:

  1. Complete the application
  2. Pay the non-refundable $50 application fee
  3. Complete student essay questions
  4. Schedule a student interview
  5. Submit the Confidential School Report to your student's current school
  6. Submit the Teacher Evaluation Form(s) to your student's teachers
  7. Register your student for an entrance exam
  8. Print and submit the Transcript Request to your student's current school

International Applicants Information

LATE APPLICATION PROCESS

After the initial application deadlines have passed, late applications will be reviewed once they are completed on a space-available basis. 

Please Note: Applications received after the initial deadlines may not have access to the same classes or financial aid.
