Eastside Catholic School Marching Band Shines at 72nd Annual UW Husky Band Day
The Eastside Catholic School marching band proudly represented EC at the University of Washington’s 72nd Annual Husky Band Day, held in early September. This celebrated event brought together more than 2,000 high school musicians from across the Puget Sound region to perform alongside the renowned Husky Marching Band during the UW versus UC Davis football game.
The Crusaders joined in a dynamic halftime show that featured UW’s beloved mascot, Dubs, energizing the crowd and showcasing the talent and spirit of participating bands. A special highlight for Eastside Catholic came as faculty members cheered enthusiastically from the stands, showing strong support for their students.
The event marked a memorable moment for the EC band, blending school pride with regional musical collaboration.
