Freshman Fencer Strikes Gold (and Silver!) in Back-to-Back Tournaments

Recently competing in fencing events in Fort Worth, Texas, and Santa Clara, California, freshman Noah W. ‘29 showcased his poise, focus and grit—bringing home serious hardware. After earning individual silver and gold medals at the Santa Clara Super Youth/Super Regional Circuit, Noah and his Dynamo Fencing Club captured gold in the Cadet Men’s Foil Team event in Texas.

Reflecting on Noah’s accomplishments, his mother shared: “Noah has been fencing since he was nine and truly loves the sport. One of his motivations for choosing Eastside Catholic was the academic flexibility, which allows him to pursue fencing at the highest level.”

Congratulations to Noah on his amazing achievements!
