Tuition & Fees

For the 2016-17 school year tuition (before merit or tuition assistance) is $21,895. There is a $35 application fee and a $500 non-refundable enrollment fee for incoming students and transfer students, payable at the time of enrollment. Returning students are charged a $350 non-refundable enrollment fee annually. Tuition discounts are provided to families who have more than one child enrolled at Eastside Catholic during a school year. For information regarding tuition for the Options Program, our non-traditional special education program for high school students, please contact Executive Director of Support Services Wendy Burnham.
Beyond tuition, expenses are usually between $300 and $400 per year and are typical of most schools: lab fees, yearbook, photos, books and uniforms (middle school). There is no charge for Washington Interscholastic Activities Association (WIAA) high school athletics (some sports involve costs for incidental and personal items).

Eastside Catholic has implemented a 1:1 Technology Program for all students which requires the purchase of a student laptop. In 2016-17 previously used models cost $900 and new equipment cost $1,155.

Bus transportation is available for many areas (bus passes are required).

In addition to merit awards and tuition assistance grants, Eastside Catholic offers payment plans that enable families to pay tuition over a period of up to 12 months without interest, as well as credit and debit card payments (a processing charge applies to some payment methods).

The EC Guarantee

Eastside Catholic offers families the confidence of the EC Guarantee. As long as a student remains in good standing, merit awards granted will remain the same for the duration of a student's middle school or high school enrollment.

Tuition assistance grants awarded to a student may vary from year to year during a student's enrollment. An application to confirm level of need will be required for each year a student is enrolled. In most circumstances, grants will remain at a level reflecting a family's demonstrated need.
